Do you have a minimum stay requirement?

Our minimum stay period is 7 days for Wilby Central and 3 months for Wilby Bukit Timah.

Where are your apartments located?

Our properties are situated in 2 prime locations. Wilby Central is located in Bras Basah-Bugis district at 15 Queen Street and Wilby Bukit Timah is located in the upscale neighbourhood of Bukit Timah at 25 Wilby Road.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

(1) Wilby Bukit Timah

We have introduced a new pet policy effective 29 February 2024. Residents may now keep pets—limited to small domesticated dogs (from an approved list) and cats—up to two per apartment. Livestock is strictly prohibited.

Each pet requires a deposit and a monthly fee. All pets must be registered with the management office, providing proof of vaccination, licensing, and NParks AVS approval. Restricted breeds and aggressive or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Pet owners must keep their animals leashed in common areas, clean up after them, and ensure they do not cause excessive noise or disturbance. Pets may not roam freely or be left unattended. Owners are liable for damages or disturbances caused by their pets, and fines may be imposed.

Guest pets are not allowed without prior management approval. This policy aims to balance a pet-friendly environment with the comfort and safety of all residents. For questions or clarifications, residents are advised to contact the management office.

 

(2) Wilby Central

For Wilby Central, only certain pets are allowed—please contact the management office for more information.

Do you have a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age for Check-in is 18 years old. Minor must be accompanied by an adult (above 18 years of age). Accompanying adults and minors must be registered during the stay. 

Can I book the apartment for someone else?

Yes, you are welcome to book the apartment for someone else if authorized. Please remember to put the correct guest name and input the contact details of the guest.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is 15:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.

How do I check-in? Can I check-in anytime?

Upon arrival, please approach our check-in reception or concierge counter. You may check-in anytime at our 24-hour concierge counter in the lobby. Our concierge operates 24 hours daily and will be available to attend to your queries and requests. 

Can I request for early check-in or late check-out?

With advance notice, we can arrange for early check-in or late check-out subject to apartment availability. Additional charges may apply. Please note all requests are based on our apartment's availability and are not guaranteed.

Can I extend my stay? How do I request an extension?

Extending your stay is possible (subject to apartment availability). If you need to extend your stay, please email contact@tchospitality.asia with your intended check-out date. Our Sales & Reservations Team will be happy to assist you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is determined by the terms of the offer you have selected/booked. Should you require more information, please contact us at contact@tchospitality.asia with your booking confirmation/details.

Can I smoke in the apartment or on my balcony?

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or within the building premises. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Please reach out to our Concierge or email us at contact@tchospitality.asia for more information.

What is your Child Policy?

Children aged 3 to 6 yrs old stay for free if sharing existing bedding. Guests 7 years and older are considered Adults.
